eScore Purchase Agreement
This Purchase Agreement governs an organization’s paid use of the eScore platform for Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans.
1. Authority. The accepting user represents that they are authorized to bind the organization to this agreement and to purchase the selected paid plan on the organization’s behalf.
2. Subscription Scope. Access to paid features is limited to the plan selected by the organization and any configured plan limits, reporting limits, and feature flags in eScore at the time of activation or renewal.
3. Fees and Billing. The organization agrees to pay all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and related charges associated with the selected paid plan or upgrade path.
4. Acceptable Use. The organization will use eScore only for lawful operations, competition administration, team management, game management, and related activities authorized by the service.
5. Data and Records. eScore may store organization, roster, schedule, game, reporting, and operational data required to provide the purchased services.
6. Service Changes. eScore may update platform features, plan packaging, and non-material service details from time to time. Material legal changes may require a later agreement re-acceptance.
7. Termination. eScore may suspend or terminate paid access for non-payment, misuse, or material breach, subject to any notice required by law or contract.
8. Limitation. Except as prohibited by law, eScore provides the service on a commercially reasonable basis and limits liability to the amounts paid by the organization for the applicable subscription term.
9. Records of Acceptance. The organization agrees that electronic acceptance, stored timestamps, account identity, IP address, user agent, and generated PDF records are part of the agreement evidence retained by eScore.
10. Entire Agreement. This version, together with the selected paid plan and any approved enterprise terms, forms the governing purchase agreement for the organization’s paid use of eScore.
